Solace is suitable for level 20 above. The draconians would give you some challenges so be careful. After being burned down by the rampaging Dragonarmy, Solace is slowly being rebuilt. It contains some shops, an avatar for enchants, weapon and armorsmiths, a questmaster and a temple or two.
