New Istar was redeveloped by the founders of Malaya to achieve the former glory of the ancient Istar, its harbor fledgling into the depth of Newsea. New Istar contains several guildmasters, weapon and armor smithy, a Questmaster, at least one healer and numerous shops of all kinds.
