The Handler clan is open to a variety of different members. Kender seem to gravitate towards this clan because the rest of the members are more tolerant of the fact that the Kender seem to 'end up' with a little of everyone's property. Accidentally of course. But by and large, the members of the Handler clan are interested in material gain, wealth, treasure, no matter where it happens to come from.
